1. Services

CleanBin provides residential and/or commercial trash bin cleaning services. Our services may include cleaning, washing, deodorizing, and sanitizing trash bins at the customer’s service location.

Service availability may depend on location, schedule, weather, access to bins, and other conditions.
 

2. Booking and Payment

Customers may book services through our website, phone, text, email, or other approved communication methods.

Payment may be required before or after service, depending on the selected service plan. By purchasing a one-time service or subscription, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of booking.

CleanBin reserves the right to update prices, service packages, and promotions at any time.
 

3. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a recurring cleaning plan, you authorize CleanBin to provide service on a regular schedule based on the selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription by contacting us before your next scheduled billing or service date. Cancellations requested after billing may apply to the next service cycle.
 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To complete the service, customers must make sure that:

• Trash bins are empty or mostly empty.

• Bins are placed in an accessible location.

• Bins are available on the scheduled service day.

• The service area is safe and accessible.

CleanBin is not responsible for missed service if bins are not available, blocked, locked, overloaded, or unsafe to access.
 

5. Missed or Rescheduled Services

If we are unable to complete service due to weather, vehicle issues, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may reschedule the service.

If the customer fails to make bins available on the scheduled day, the service may be considered completed or may be rescheduled at CleanBin’s discretion.
 

6. Results of Service

CleanBin makes every effort to provide high-quality cleaning. However, some stains, odors, paint, rust, residue, or damage may not be fully removable.

We do not guarantee that bins will look brand new after cleaning.
 

7. Property and Bin Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring their bins are in usable condition. CleanBin is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, cracked bins, broken wheels, loose lids, faded plastic, or manufacturer defects.

If damage occurs due to our negligence, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds may not be provided for completed services. If a service was not completed due to an issue on CleanBin’s side, we may offer a rescheduled service, credit, or refund at our discretion.
 

9. Promotions and Free Services

CleanBin may offer promotions, discounts, or free first cleanings. Promotional offers may be limited by location, availability, service type, or customer eligibility.

CleanBin reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time.
 

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt to interfere with website operation, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and design, belongs to CleanBin or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanBin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service related to the claim.
 

12. Changes to These Terms

CleanBin may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
